Ashley Warner completes her transfer to Bec Korfball Club

It’s official. England International Ashley Warner has completed her transfer from Tornadoes Korfball Club & Academy (Medway, Kent) to Bec Korfball Club (Tooting, London).

Earlier today Warner posted on her social media account: “Tornadoes has been the team I played for since I was 10 years old. I have learnt so much and will be forever grateful for those years.

“[I’m] really excited for my adventure at my new home, Bec, first game today and I can’t wait to get started”

It was the perfect start to her Bec career today with a win for Bec 2 against Supernova in the London league.

Warner had been selected by England coach Rob Williams for the IKF European Championship (25-30 October) but unfortunately was forced to withdraw from the squad due to injury.
