Horfield first club to become EK Inspired

Horfield Korfball Club today (23 April) were presented by England Korfball chairman Craig Gosling with the England Korfball Inspired ‘Challenge’ quality mark – the first club in the country to receive the accreditation.

England Korfball Inspired is a bespoke accreditation programme that provides the recognition and support you need to build a strong future for your club.

Horfield’s Head Coach Martin Roberston said: “We were a bit apprehensive about the programme as we’ve all got full time jobs, but doing it bit by bit was great

It will definitely save us time and ensure the sustainability of the club in the future.

When asked if Horfield would like to go further and push for ‘Enhance’ Martin’s reply was “Without a doubt! The whole experience was great”

Congratulations to everyone at Horfield Korfball Club on this achievement.

Our thanks to the England Korfball Inspired ambassadors and the South West Korfball Association for their support.
