U17 Korfball World Cup

New for 2015 is the under-17 Korfball World Cup. In previous years it was the U16 Korfball World Cup; following an overhaul of all age groups by the IKF this year’s tournament will be for players aged under-17.

The 2015 tournament will be the 17th edition of the Korfball World Cup and will once again be held at Schijndel in the Netherlands.

England have been drawn in a group with Chinese Taipei and Portugal.

The 2015 edition of the U17 Korfball World Cup will take place between Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March 2015 in Sportsvenue Dioscuren.

The following teams will compete at the U17 Korfball World Cup; Belgium, Catalonia, Chinese Taipei, England, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and The Netherlands.

Defending champions The Netherlands are in a group with Germany and Poland.

The final group is made up of Belgium, Catalonia, Hungary and a regional team from the Netherlands.
