England Korfball is seeking to appoint a new National Development Officer.

This post has been created to enable the England Korfball Board to fulfil their strategic ambitions and in doing so significantly grow participation and membership. The post holder will be accountable for:

  • The implementation and achievement of the development objectives within the England Korfball strategy.
  • Working with, supporting and developing the sub committees, Local Area Associations, clubs, officials and coaches of England Korfball to sustain and grow the sport.
  • Ensuring the policies and procedures of England Korfball are adhered to and any relevant action plans are completed.

The recruitment for the role is being managed by Sport Structures.

The location of the role will be at the Sport Structures office in Birmingham, however the job is flexible and home working is available.

The contract will be either 4 days a week or full time permanent, subject to a 6 month probation period. Flexible alternatives will be considered.
