Chris West appointed as main referee for IKF U19 World Championship Final 2022
On Sunday (17 April) the final of the International Korfball Federation (IKF) Under 19 World Korfball Championships will take place between Belgium and Netherlands in Kutná Hora, Czech Republic.
We’re delighted to confirm that England Korfball League referee, Chris West, has been appointed as the main referee for the Final.
England Korfball League referee Chris West, is a popular and experienced referee and regularly takes charge of matches in our top league.
Chris has been an IKF referee since 2019, most recently part of the refereeing team at the IKF European “B” Championships in 2021.
Chris will be assisted in Sunday’s final by Jan Weber-Winkels (Germany) and Murat Akar (Turkey) and Denisa Kolarova (Czech Republic) as reserve referees.
The IKF U19 World Korfball Championships takes place between 15-17 April 2022 in the city of Kutná Hora, Czech Republic.
