Following a recent restructure of the coaching positions within the England set-up, the Strategic International Subcommittee is delighted to announce a number of coaching and voluntary opportunities within the International Subcommittee.
Currently, positions are available for the following roles:
- England U15 Lead Coach
- England U15 Assistant Coach
- England U15 Team Manager
- England U21 Team Manager
- International Subcommittee Secretary
- International Subcommittee Finance Lead
The roles within the England U15 and U21 Squads will involve supporting the squad and athletes in their training and competitions. The England Korfball Board is keen to build a wide pool of talented coaches at international level to support a strategic approach to succession planning and to expand the expertise/experience of coaching international squads. As such, in line with this strategy, the Board have specified that they are particularly seeking to appoint coaches new to the international set up in filling the positions within the England U15 Squad.
The roles of International Subcommittee Secretary and Finance Lead will work closely with the International Subcommittee to underpin the International operations. These posts are ideal for someone with experience of working in a clerical or financial position and spare time to give back to the sport.
