Trojans win Terry Sage Fair Play award

In addition to winning the England Korfball League grand final on Sunday (3rd May), Trojans were also awarded with the Terry Sage Fair Play award for the 2014/15 season.

England Korfball believe that fair play is essential for the development of the sport.

The Terry Sage award is made to the Premier Division club with the highest number of points which are awarded during the regular season by the match referee.

England Korfball are keen to promote positive behaviour. Points are awarded based on a number of criteria; respect for opponents, respect towards the referee, behaviour of team officials, behaviour of the public.
