England Korfball HR Lead

We are seeking an HR Lead to support and develop the fantastic team of volunteers that are at the heart of England Korfball and everything we do.

This is an opportunity to fine tune our recruitment practices and use your expertise to ensure that we offer the best possible support to our volunteer workforce. This will include leading the process of updates/revision of our HR and workforce policies and wider cross organisational working.

This role is an integral one to the organisation, working with the EK Board, EK subcommittees and the EK volunteer workforce.
