England Korfball Performance Programme consultation- we want to hear your views

We would very much like to hear your views on how we move the England Korfball Performance Programme forward. Over the next month we will be hosting opportunities to listen to your views and discuss the way forward for the England age groups and senior programme.  We will also be distributing a consultation survey to get as many views as possible to guide the future Performance Strategy.

To commence the listening exercise we will be hosting the first open discussion workshop on Saturday 13th November,11-12.30 pm at Trinity School, Shirley Park, Croydon,CR9 7AT.

For parents attending the U19 Trials on the 13th Nov, Jon Roberts will be in attendance throughout the day. We do appreciate arriving for 11am may not be the best preparation for the trials.

We will host a second open virtual (zoom) discussion on Monday 15th November 7-8.30pm.

The open discussions will aim to explore all the current challenges and opportunities relating to the development of England Korfball players, the aims and objectives and what is an appropriate player development pathway.

If you wish to attend, please complete the registration form here. If you can not attend either of these sessions, please do let us know and we will arrange additional opportunities.

If you have any specific areas that you wish to discuss, please notify these on the registration form to ensure that we cover them in the workshop.

We very much look forward to hearing your views and to the development of an England Performance Plan that meets the needs of the players.

Further consultation workshops will be set up to hear the views of coaches, regional associations, student organisations and other key stakeholders. Jon Roberts EK Performance Lead can be contacted Jonathan.roberts@englandkorfball.co.uk
