Ellen Pearce joins England Korfball Board

We are delighted to announce that Ellen Pearce has been appointed to the England Korfball Board following a recent recruitment campaign.  Pearce will join the Board with immediate effect.

Before joining the Board, Pearce has worked with England Korfball as a National Panel Member for our bespoke club development and support programme; England Korfball Inspired.

Pearce is also Chair of the new Lancaster Phoenix Korfball Club which she set up last September and which plays in the North-West league. Prior to this she played for Cambridge Phoenix since 2009 in the local and SERL leagues and was latterly club Chair.

She lead both Cambridge Phoenix and Lancaster Phoenix through early accreditation with the England Korfball Inspired programme.

Professionally Pearce has a background in charity management, running a Cambridge-based career development organisation until February 2016.
