Governance – Moving to a Company Limited by Guarantee. 2. Club Health Update 3. Open Session for Club/Area to ask questions.

Key Topics – Moving to a Company Limited by Guarantee

Following an extensive period of consultation with a wide cross section of the  membership the ExCo have now agreed a 3rd, and Final Draft of the Memorandum and Articles of Association which is available to download from the England Korfball web site.

The ExCo wishes to thank the membership for its contribution to the debate and in particular the members who attended the Area Association Forums, Harrow Consultation Session on the 25 January 2014 and the detailed feedback from the Cambridge Korfball Association on behalf of all their members, details of which are also available on the England Korfball web site or from the side bar.

The Exco believe that they now have a final document which is ready for presentation to the membership for a formal vote at an EGM. This will take place immediately before the AGM in July 2014.
