English Referee appointed to IKF European Championships

England Korfball League referee Adam Dibble has been appointed by the International Korfball Federation to the first round of the European Korfball Championships 2018 in Budapest, Hungary.

Dibble, 33, was promoted to the IKF Referee list earlier this year. The first round of the European Championships will be Adam’s second International appointment following an impressive display at the U19 World Cup.

The first round of the IKF European Korfball Championships takes place over two days on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th October 2017.

Only the top two teams from the event will qualify for the European Championships. The participating teams are Armenia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.

Dibble will be the main referee for Serbia v Armenia and Hungary v Sweden on the first day of the competition.
