Annual General Meeting

The AGM of the English Korfball Association will be held on Saturday 8th July 2017. We are delighted to announce that the venue for this year’s AGM is;

Gonville Hotel, Gonville Place, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB1 1LY.

Want to raise an issue, proposal or question?

In line with Rule 5.1, ‘Members wishing to discuss any subject, including alterations, amendments or additions to these Rules and Constitution, shall give notice of such business, in writing, to the Association’s General Secretary at least 31 days prior to the AGM’

Voting Structure

At the AGM in 2015 the membership voted and agreed the proposed amendment to the current constitution to allow for eligible members to place a postal/electronic vote, instead of physically attending a general meeting.
We can confirm the possible ways to vote now include:
– Electronically
– Postal
– In person by attending the AGM

Each club and area will now need to allocate a club/area representative who will be eligible to vote via post or electronically on behalf of the club members. Please be aware that only 1 person from each club and area will be able to vote on your behalf.
