Company Limited by Guarantee – Consultation

England Korfball would like to seek the views from its members on the proposal to move from an Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee.

Any comments and feedback received will be discussed at the next England Korfball Board meeting on 20 September ‘14.

An email containing a link to an online survey has been sent to all club committee members.

The England Korfball Board feel that the members broadly support the proposal but further drafting with amendments may be required before it can be accepted.

Feedback should be submitted before 19 September for your views to be included in the Boards discussions. Following the meeting, the Board will publish its proposed next steps.
