We are seeking to appoint a Regional Academy Lead
Reporting to the Performance Programme Lead, the Regional Academy Lead will lead the delivery of a high‑quality Regional Academy programme aligned to the England Player Development Model. The role creates an inclusive, values‑driven, player‑centred environment where welfare, safeguarding, and long‑term development are non‑negotiable. The Regional Academy Lead will support the Regional Academy (including coaches and players aged 11–15) to develop and progress players through to the next stages of the England Talent Pathway.
