Bijker and Irwin to step down as England U15 coaches

England Korfball coaches Sytze Bijker and Ean Irwin have made the decision to step down from their position as Under-15 coaches.

Bijker joined the International coaching team in 2012 working alongside Joe Olds. He then took on the lead coach role in 2013, with Irwin joining as his assistant in 2014.

Lisa Swain, England Korfball’s International Operations Manager said: “both Sytze and Ean have been valuable members of the International Sub Committee and have worked hard in driving forward the ethos of the ISC to develop players for future international success.

“I’d like to thank them for all the time and dedication, and I hope they will return to the international set up in the near future.”
